Dallas Sonnier is a founding partner and the principal manager of Caliber Media with an accomplished list of award winning clientele.

After moving from his hometown of Dallas, TX, Dallas Sonnier attended the University of Southern California where as a freshman he helped to create the “Business of Cinema”, an entirely new program that joined the film and business schools. Prior to graduation in 2002 he was a full-time employee of United Talent Agency. He left UTA in 2005 to become a manager at The Schiff Company where he rose quickly to become one of the premiere representatives for writers and directors. In 2008, Dallas left The Schiff Company to create Caliber Media with long time friend and colleague Jack Heller.

Jack Heller is a founding partner of Caliber Media and a filmmaker based in New York City and Los Angeles.

Adam Simpson-Marshall is a literary manager at Caliber Media representing writers, directors, and actors across film and television. Prior to Caliber Media, Adam was a manager at Energy Entertainment for 6 years. Adam began his career at Brillstein Entertainment Partners and is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Tara Kromer is a manager at Caliber Media running the Below the Line division. She represents artists from Line Producers, Cinematographers, Production and Costume Designers to Editors and Makeup / Hair Artists. Before transitioning into management for production talent in early 2003, Tara worked at Sony Epic Records and a few music venues, including New York City’s The Living Room.

Jennifer is a literary manager at Caliber Media representing writers and directors for film and television, and across all genres. Prior to starting at Caliber, she spent four years at Untitled Entertainment, first as an assistant and then as a junior literary manager. Jennifer began her career working at an independent production company followed by CAA. She is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts.

Will Rowbotham is a literary manager and producer at Caliber Media overseeing the careers of writers and directors in film and television. He previously held positions in both New York and Los Angeles at the Endeavor Agency, Scott Rudin Productions, Darren Aronofsky’s Protozoa Pictures, and Dimension Films.

Jerry Papazian graduated from USC with a degree in Economics and received his JD and MBA from UCLA, where he was a member of the law review. He began his career as a corporate securities attorney followed by a stint at Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. as vice president in the investment banking division. He then spent 12 years at a publicly traded technology company, serving the last five of those years as its president and chief operating officer.

He was a member of the USC Board of Trustees, and served as president of the USC Alumni Association from 1995 to 1996. He currently serves as Chairman of the Armenian Film Foundation, President of the US Capitol Page Alumni Association and is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Assistant to Jack Heller

Greg Zuk works out of the NYC office in the production and development wing of Caliber Media. Prior to Caliber, Greg spent over two years working in talent representation and freelance film production. Greg is a graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.

Assistant to Dallas Sonnier & Adam Simpson-Marshall

Joseph Gabay works out of the Los Angeles office in the production & management wing of Caliber Media. Prior to Caliber, Joseph actively worked as a freelance Production Assistant and interned for ICM Partners, Playboy Magazine & Scott Free. Joseph is a graduate of Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts.

Jennifer works in the New York office’s Below The Line division under manager, Tara Kromer. Prior to joining Caliber, she worked in entertainment law in NYC as well as the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Jennifer is a member of both the New York and New Jersey state bars and received her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University’s business school.
